Responsible for the safe and efficient lifting of materials and precast components on site
Ensuring timely delivery and proper coordination with the site team
Responsibilities
Operate tower crane to lift and position materials or precast products safely on site
Ensure safe handling and delivery of materials to designated locations to prevent damage or delays
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the crane to maintain operational safety
Comply with workplace safety and health regulations and site-specific requirements to uphold safety standards
Collaborate closely with site supervisors and signalmen to coordinate crane operations and ensure smooth workflow
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Tower Crane Operator License recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
Demonstrate effective communication skills to coordinate safely with adjacent crane operators
