POSITION PURPOSE

Assist Director in compiling accounting related report and monitoring daily accounting operations, compliance and Special Projects

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Overall in charge of all Spectrum of Accounting and Finance Report and Compliance
• Assist the director in all aspect of Accounting / Compliance
• Special projects as and when assigned
• Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports in accordance with Company and Corporate deadlines.
• Strong in reporting and ensure accuracy and timely submission of local and overseas subsidiaries’ monthly reports to Head Office
• Guidance and supervision of finance team.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, bankers
• Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in full set accounting.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and analytical skills.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Good team player and independent.
• Able to follow up and coordinate with inter-department.

Job Function

• Responsible for monitoring daily accounting related issues
• Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports in accordance with Company and Corporate deadlines
• Strong in reporting, accuracy, and timely submission of local and overseas subsidiaries’ monthly reports to Head Office
• Experience in preparation of a full set of account
• Computation and charging of Common Resource (Rental, management fee, commission, Logistics)
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents & bankers.
• Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Education & Experience

• Degree or ACCA Level 2

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Accounting System such as Oracle, Hyperion, an added advantage
• Effective communication skills.
• Good in English both oral and written & able to read and understand Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Attentive to details.
• Teamwork, initiative and self-development.
• Able to follow up and coordinate with inter-department.
