Our client is a well-established Main Contractor specializing in high-end commercial interior fit-out projects. They are looking for a competent Project Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the supervision and monitoring of thelabor force and sub-contractors to ensure milestones are met.
• Resource Optimization: Ensure the efficient and cost-effective deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Reporting: Track project milestones and provide timely progress updates to senior management.
• Documentation: Plan and maintain accurate records of material usage and site activities.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise and build strong rapport with consultants, architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, and quantity surveyors.
• Quality Control: Ensure all works are carried out according to specifications and safety standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Project Management within the Construction or Interior Fit-out industry.
• Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage project timelines under pressure.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, independent, and a proactive team player.
• Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office(Knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Project is a plus).
