Your Mission:

Reporting to the PC&R Head of Operations, you’ll be the operational go to person for the APAC PC&R team. We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our growing team, based in our Singapore office and looking after markets within the Asia region. This role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have done some pretty awesome stuff to date, including working closely with social media platforms to pilot new measurement and optimisation techniques, invited to work on Alpha and Beta products for multiple vendors, delivering best-in-class creative and building bespoke tools to manage and analyse data. It's a challenge and a steep learning curve, but you'll have the support of a strong, friendly and committed team.

You'll be part of a global Paid Social team, with the core team of 7 based in London and a growing Singapore hub of 2 (including this role). While you'll report into London and collaborate closely with the wider team, you'll need to be comfortable operating with a high degree of empowerment and taking ownership of your markets day-to-day.

Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to live international lives and seamlessly deal with multiple currencies. Your mission is to help us ensure that every Social Media user who has a need to send, receive, spend or hold money in another currency knows about and trusts Wise.

So what's the role?

• Building and optimising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. Analysing what's working and what isn't, and continually testing new ideas.

• Owning the Paid Social activity across Asia markets, validating new opportunities to drive incremental growth and working closely with cross-functional teams to make it happen, whilst ensuring performance meets sustainability goals.

• Playing a strong role in both direct response and brand strategy and executing each to ensure the region and the channel flourish.

• Working closely with our creative teams to produce best-in-class creative to portray our story, educate people on hidden fees, and present Wise as the clear solution.

• Working closely with analysts on spotting data issues, testing and validating assumptions, proposing and leading incrementality tests, and assessing data sets for actionable insights.

• Working closely with our platform representatives to ensure we stay ahead of the curve and are kept at the forefront of industry innovations.

• Collaborating effectively with the London-based team, proactively sharing learnings and aligning on strategy despite the geographical distance.

• As the team grows further, potentially managing one or more direct reports.

As a Customer Support Associate at Wise you are the first point of contact for our Customers. You are a skilled problem solver and customer advocate. Requirements:

Professional Experience (Strongly Preferred):

• 1 year minimum Customer-facing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom, or global contact centers.

Communication proficiency:

• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong written and verbal Cantonese language skills to to support our Cantonese-speaking customers in Hong Kong.

Work Schedule and Flexibility:

• Flexibility in working hours and shifts. This can include morning, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts when applicable.

• Working hours will be fixed at the start of the month, but activities during the shift can be flexible.

Work Environment:

• Follow working from home guidelines where applicable.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the assigned location.

We’re looking for AML Investigators to join our growing AML Investigation team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a specialist in anti-money laundering and help save millions of more people money.

Your mission: 

Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to transfer money across borders and currencies. Our customers can also manage their hard-earned money with the world’s first platform to offer true multi-currency banking. Your mission is to protect customers and Wise by investigating and reporting suspicious activity.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the AML Investigation team: 

• Carry out reviews on alerted accounts on the basis of both internal and external information;

• Assess actual payment activity and payment patterns;

• Obtain further supporting information to mitigate ML/TF concerns;

• Request and analyse supporting documents when needed;

• Take ownership of an individual investigation and escalating any suspicious activity in accordance with internal procedures;

As we expand our digital transformation suite, we are seeking subject matter experts to deliver high-impact, WSQ-certified short courses (1–3 days) focused on Artificial Intelligence and its practical business applications.

A key focus of this role will be the delivery of our upcoming course: "Applying Generative AI in Project Management."

The ideal candidate should not only be a proficient adult educator but also have hands-on experience in using AI tools to drive productivity and innovation in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct 1 to 3-day WSQ-certified training sessions for adult learners, ensuring a high level of engagement and practical application.

• Assessment: Conduct competency-based assessments in accordance with WSQ requirements and ensure all necessary assessment records (e.g., assessment results, feedback forms) are accurately completed.

• Contextualization: Adapt and contextualize course materials and case studies to meet the specific needs of diverse learners and industries.

  Requirements:

  • Mandatory Certification: Must possess the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

  • Educational Background: A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: * Proven experience in Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Copilot).

    • Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2) and how AI can be integrated into the project lifecycle.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in adult training/education, preferably within the WSQ framework.

  • Skills: * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

    • Ability to simplify complex technical AI concepts for non-technical learners.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Product Compliance Senior Manager to join our growing Product Compliance team to support the Assets Product Compliance team in APAC. This role is hands-on, a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product and compliance manager, and help save millions more people money.

Your Mission:

In 2022, Wise launched the Assets product in Singapore, a new type of account. In 2024, the Assets product was launched in Australia. Assets allows customers to invest the money they hold with Wise in different asset classes such as stocks or bonds while retaining the instant access and spend functionality of a checking account.

Your mission is to work with our product teams based both in Singapore and London to improve our Assets offering in Singapore in a compliant manner through a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements and regulators’ expectations around investment products. You will also support the product teams on expanding the Assets offering in new APAC markets.

This is a first line Product Compliance role, embedded in the Product team.

You, together with the global and APAC product team, will be responsible for:

Regulatory risk and remediation:  

• By demonstrating a deep understanding of the Wise Assets product and local regulatory requirements you support Product and operational teams on how to interpret regulatory requirements, improve processes and our product to avoid regulatory breaches and/or incidents; 

• In collaboration with Risk and Compliance second line and the product team, identify and align on the main regulatory risks, gaps and forthcoming regulations. Present this in a very clear and understandable way to the wider teams, and work with them on defining the solutions and execution of mitigating actions 

Product design: 

• Deeply understand regulatory needs, translate this into solutions and work together with the Product Teams to build compliant new products/features and services in a customer oriented way; 

• Perform regulatory analysis of new products/features and services, and implement required controls prior to launch. 

• Identify opportunities to improve our product proposition / competitiveness by thoroughly analysing relevant regulations and challenging existing interpretations and market practice

Third Party Relationships: 

• Represent Wise in external meetings and being able to clearly and effectively articulate the Wise Assets Product; 

• Provide input on regulatory related matters, always representing Wise customer-oriented culture while ensuring compliance.
