Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable General Worker to join our operations team. The role involves performing assembly and disassembly tasks on industrial equipment under the guidance of a qualified supervisor. Relevant training will be provided to all candidates upon joining.
Responsibilities
Assemble and disassemble industrial equipment and components under supervisor guidance to ensure operational readiness
Follow verbal and written work instructions and safety procedures precisely to maintain a safe work environment
Assist with general workshop and operational tasks to support daily activities and improve team efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to promote workplace safety and productivity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience working in a workshop or industrial setting to contribute practical knowledge and skills
Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic to support continuous improvement and teamwork
Physical fitness to perform sustained manual labor required for equipment handling and workshop tasks
