Job Summary
You will engage new and existing clients to grow the customer base, deliver excellent customer service to maintain the brand’s reputation, and manage customer bookings to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with new clients to expand the customer base through targeted marketing activities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing consistent communication and support
- Deliver high-quality customer service to uphold and enhance the brand image
- Manage customer bookings accurately and confirm details to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
