1. Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.

2. Physically fit.

3. Responsible and hardworking.

4. Good working attendance record.

b) Issuing daily orders as requested from your customers.

c) Stock checking for daily delivery loading.

e) Ensure customer’s payments are made within credit terms without any outstanding payments.

f) Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

g) Representing company at exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maintaining and updating records, including filing documents, organizing paperwork
• Prepare reports as assigned
• Submission of documents to customers via portal / email correspondence
• Answering phones, emails, and directing to the appropriate personnel
• Handling basic office tasks and providing assistance to staff members

• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to keep records, files, and schedules well-organized and efficient.
