- Oversee the full project lifecycle, with strong knowledge of project management, operational processes, and administrative procedures.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and documentation.
- Lead construction planning and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Establish project timelines and closely monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all works meet required quality standards and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to the company’s ISO standards and systems.
- Provide technical direction based on MEP/DfMA drawings (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, IFC).
- Manage subcontractor submissions, including method statements, drawings, materials, mock-ups, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with company requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all method statements.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and achieve KPIs set by supervisors.
- Lead and supervise project teams, including staff and subcontractors.
- Contribute to project planning and development of project concepts.
- Maintain effective communication through email and Microsoft Teams.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
