The Role
We're looking for a Customer Onboarding and Support Associate to be the very first face our merchants meet after they sign on with us. You're the welcome party, the guide, and the safety net — all rolled into one.You'll work hand-in-hand with café owners, kiosk operators, and restaurant managers — getting their POS set up, menus dialled in, loyalty programmes launched, and their teams trained up and confident. Your mission? Make every merchant feel supported, set up for success, and genuinely excited to run their business.This is a hands-on, out-in-the-field kind of role. You'll be at merchant locations, running onboarding sessions in person, troubleshooting live, and being the person they trust during the most critical chapter of their journey with us. No hiding behind a screen here.What You'll DoOnboarding
- Walk new merchants through the full onboarding journey — account setup, menu config, POS and Kiosk installation, Scan-to-Order activation, payment settings, and loyalty programme launch.
- Run personalised, on-site training sessions until the merchant's team feels fluent and confident on the platform.
- Build and maintain onboarding resources — tutorials, walkthroughs, documentation — so merchants can find their footing fast.
- Own our onboarding pipeline and keep raising the bar on customer experience!
Support
- Be the responsive, reassuring voice across email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone — resolving issues promptly and with genuine care.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and loop in engineering on the trickier stuff. When a site visit's the fastest fix, you'll be out the door (bonus: you'll see a side of the F&B world most people never do
