- Lead and manage the overall sales function in Singapore, covering retail, telco, and distribution channels.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and channel expansion.
- Drive performance across all sales channels, including offline retail, key accounts (telcos), and e-commerce platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, distributors, and key retail partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, retail operations, and product teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Manage sales forecasts, budgeting, and inventory planning in alignment with business targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and capability.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and HQ.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile, or telecom industry.
- Strong experience managing key accounts (especially telcos) and retail sales channels in Singapore.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus to liaise with HQ.
