Position Overview:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts for Volt Auto’s Malaysia market operations, while being based in Singapore. This role covers end-to-end financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial records, while supporting both operational finance activities and audit requirements across cross-border operations.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP): Manage end-to-end AP processes, including processing vendor and supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal controls and external requirements.

• Accounts Receivable (AR): Create and issue sales invoices to customers/sales team. Follow up promptly with customers on outstanding or overdue payments to ensure timely collections.

• General Ledger (GL): Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger records.

• Tax & Compliance: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with internal and external auditors. Maintain and organize accounting-related documents and records to support audits and compliance reviews.

• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other finance or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the finance department by performing various accounting and financial reporting tasks. Position Overview

The Logistics & Inventory Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end inventory control and logistics operations. The role ensures accurate stock management, efficient warehouse processes, and timely distribution of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS), coordinating shipment planning and documentation, managing inbound inspections, and liaising with logistics partners for both local and international deliveries. This role also contributes to cost optimisation and ensures compliance with relevant customs and trade regulations.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking (which ties up cash) or stockouts (which loses sales).

• Cycle Counting: Lead regular physical counts and reconcile them against the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

This position operates on a shift-basedschedule, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure 24-hour responsecoverage for vehicle recovery operations.

Responsibilities:

1.      Breakdown & Recovery Operations

• Attend to vehicle breakdowns and roadside assistance calls promptly.
• Perform on-site diagnosis and basic mechanical or electrical repairs where possible.
• Arrange and execute vehicle towing or recovery when on-site repair is not feasible.
• Ensure vehicles are safely recovered to workshop or designated location.
• Complete breakdown and recovery reports accurately.
