Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate medical history, movement, strength, posture, and functional abilities to design tailored treatment strategies.

• Therapeutic Guidance: Lead patients through exercises, ensuring proper technique and alignment; adjust plans based on progress.

• Treatment Delivery: Provide physiotherapy interventions, including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities.

• Education & Records: Teach injury prevention, ergonomics, and home programs; maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments.

• Collaboration: Work with Chiropractors, TCM Physicians, and Wellness Therapists to deliver coordinated care.

• Patient Care: Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and compassion to support recovery and independence.

• Team Contribution: Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative clinic culture.

Qualifications& Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent, from an accredited institution
• Full AHPC registration
• Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, patient-centred approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional healthcare setting
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new rehabilitation techniques

Salary ranging from $3000 -$4000 with commission

The Healthcare Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operational aspects of healthcare facilities or organizations, patient progress, rehab counselling, exercises, managing therapists and patients, reviewing progress, reading X-rays, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Manage the operational strategies aligned with the overall healthcare organization's goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure operational plans support the long-term vision of the healthcare facility.

2. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of healthcare operations.

3. Resource Management: Manage and ensure that the allocation and utilization of resources, including staff, budget, and equipment, ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Quality Assurance: Assist in implementing quality assurance programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

5. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations, provide feedback.

6. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including clinical and administrative teams, to enhance communication and coordination of care.

7. Emergency Preparedness: Assist in managing the emergency preparedness plans to ensure the healthcare facility can respond effectively to crises or disasters.

Qualifications:

Degree in healthcare administration, or a related field.

Preferably with experience in healthcare industry

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment and drive positive change.
