Job Descriptions:-

• Prepare Tender Drawings, Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, As-Built Drawings, etc
• Prepare Drawings submission format, including title block, notes and legends, drawing to scale, etc
• Attend BIM Coordination Meeting
• To monitor, update drawing submission status including compilation and discuss with Project Team
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting Manager

Requirements:-

• Minimum 3 years of experience as BIM modeller or draftsman in building construction, and able to work independently
• Knowledge with Revit & AutoCAD is mandatory

• Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements
• Experience in chiller system
• Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts
• Able to work as in teams
• Meticulous and responsible
• Safety knowledge & awareness
• Able to work odd hours (if necessary)
• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
