Safety Coordinator

• 5.5 Day Work Week
• $2,500 to $3,500

Requirements

• WSH Safety / Safety Officer Certificates such as the Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) & WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH
• Singapore O Levels / Malaysia SPM
• Must be hard-working and willing to learn
• Must be willing to do hands-on work and support ground operations

Job Responsibilities

• Weekend Support required on-site
• To assist in the project engineering of electrical systems
• To provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate including Commissioning and Service
• Any ad-hoc task/assignment from time to time
• To conduct and adhere to safety checks and guidelines as and when required
• Respond to accidents or near-misses, carry out investigations, and propose corrective measures to prevent future occurrences
• Organize safety training sessions and emergency response drills to educate employees on hazard awareness and safe work practices
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety laws and company policies by conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Job Description

• To assist in the project engineering
• To provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate, including Commissioning and Service
• To conduct technical discussions on common design problems
  

Applicant should be proficient or willing to learn:

• Autocad (and other software to create Technical Drawings)
• Robotic arm programming
• AGV programming
• Programming for PLC of various brands
• Other relevant programming languages

Requirements

• Pay: $3,500.00 to 4,000.00 per month
• Work Location: In person

Driver and Storeman (Class 3 Licence Required)

Applicant will be responsible for being both the driver and the storeman.

Driving Responsibilities

• Safely operate a lorry or van to transport goods and materials
• Load and unload goods or materials in a safe and efficient manner
• Able to use reach trucks and forklifts
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, routes, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding any delays, accidents, or other issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.

Storeman Responsibilities

• Able to use reach trucks and forklifts
• To pack and record incoming and outgoing goods as instructed
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding the inventory and tooling statuses
• Ensure that the workshop and inventory is tidy at all times
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the workshop at all times

Requirements:

• Singapore Class 3 driving license or higher.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads when necessary.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Singaporean or SPR welcome
