Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Operations Executive, you will manage daily store operations, drive sales performance, oversee inventory and merchandising, coordinate supplier logistics, and lead retail staff to ensure outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail store operations to maintain efficiency and uphold high customer service standards
- Drive sales performance by supporting sales activities across clothing, footwear, leather goods, and food categories
- Monitor inventory levels and execute timely stock replenishment to prevent shortages and overstock
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure punctual delivery of goods to stores
- Supervise retail staff by scheduling shifts, delivering training, and monitoring performance to optimize team productivity
- Address customer enquiries and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve service issues
- Enforce compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards, particularly for food products
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store events to boost customer engagement and sales
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 1–2 years of relevant retail operations experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in retail sectors such as clothing, footwear, leather goods, or food retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Other Information
Working Hours
- 5–6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Shift work may be required
