Job Description:

Planning

1. Assist in school-initiated projects and provide project updates to the HOD / ICT and prepare any relevant documentation and guidelines pertaining to the project.

2. Assist school in the implementation of ICT programmes and ensure MOE policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to.

3. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in ICT Inventory and asset management.

4. Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT Support Personnel in the school (Desktop Engineers (DEs) and vendors).

5. Assist in planning for a structured ICT training programmes for all staff and students.

6. Assist in setting up monitoring processes for all ICT related programmes or activities.

Administrative

1. Assist in design, maintenance and upkeep of the school website.

2. Design posters and collaterals for school.

3. Photography and Videography needs for the school, including pre and post productions. AI related works will be advantageous.

4. Compile students’ ICT works and projects for showcase and archival.

5. Conduct timely online survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the ICT courses and resources.

6. Assist the e-Supervisor (e-Sup) in physical setup of e-Oral and e-Listening Comprehension examinations.

7. Provide Audio Visual (AV) support to School on events and daily activities.

Support in Teaching and Learning

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and teachers in the integration of ICT tools in teaching and learning.

2. Assist HOD / ICT and ICT Manager in driving an e-learning ICT culture to expand teaching and learning.

3. Assist in implementation of e-learning activities.

Management of Resources

1. Assist the HOD / ICT and work closely with ICT Manager with managing the school’s resources such as the replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment, and the managing of loaning of ICT equipment.

2. Assist the HOD / ICT and ICT Manager with managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.

Training

1. Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students.

2. Plan and conduct training for students to be familiar with ICT tools and e-learning platforms.

3. Assist ICT manager during training for teachers on the use of ICT and AV equipment.

4. Review all training programmes for both students and teachers and make the necessary improvisations.

5. Plan, assist and conduct ICT related activities during the CCA training as needed by the Authority.

6. Train and prepare students for ICT related competitions (eg: National Robotic Competition)

Requirements:
1. Minimum diploma, preferably in multimedia, design, computer studies or information technology related.

2. Must have at least 12 months of relevant work experience, preferably in a primary school environment.

3. Speaks fluent English.

4. Proficient in Office Suite (Microsoft 365 Suite & Google Office Suite including Google Classroom)

5. Proficient in Adobe Media editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, AI Related softwares, etc.

6. Proficient in Apple Media editing softwares such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Garageband, Logic Pro and Motion, AI Related softwares, etc.

7. Proficient in Design Media Softwares such as InDesign, Photoshop, Ilustrator, Canva, AI Related softwares, etc.

Job Description:

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the students’ discipline, on a daily basis
• Assist the Discipline team to conduct house visits with school personnel and make follow-up calls to parents.
• Assist Operations Manager in manning and taking charge of the activities in the in-house detention centre, on a daily basis
• Patrol the school premises to ensure orderliness, on a daily basis
• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk
• Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit report
• Conduct spot-checks on students’ general neatness in appearance like attire and hair
• Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during school functions and activities (eg. Speech Day, Sport Carnival, Level Camps), whenever necessary
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Authority, including general administrative and office-related tasks within the school etc

Requirements:

• 3 years of secondary school experience in related areas
• With prior experience in managing discipline of secondary students
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work well with staff and teachers on student matters
• Basic IT skills to do data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office
• The Contractor also shall have at least 3 year’s relevant/similar Manpower experience in secondary school environment

Job Description:-

Customer Service

• Welcome visitors professionally and keep reception area clean and welcoming
• Answer phone calls and help walk-in visitors
• Keep records of phone calls and visitor information

Administrative Tasks

• Handle paperwork, data entry, and letters to staff, students, parents, and suppliers
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Do filing, scanning, photocopying, and other office tasks
• Give out keys, stationery, and teaching materials to staff
• Help with school events and programmes

Student Support

• Help students find lost items, get spare uniforms, or locate teachers and classrooms
• Contact parent on student related matters
• Keep records of lost and found items and spare uniforms

General

• Complete other tasks as assigned The Personnel is expected to uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence while interacting with all stakeholders in the school environment.

Requirements:-

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient in MS Office would be an advantage

Job Description:

On-Ground Discipline Support

• Promote positive student behaviour and support student management in the school environment.

• Perform duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, traffic duty and patrolling within the school and its vicinity.

• Manage students placed on in-house suspension, ensuring compliance with school rules and meaningful engagement in assigned tasks.

• Provide support to classes with students exhibiting behavioural challenges.

Administrative and Communication Support

• Support Student Development KPs in case management, including fact-finding, engagement with students and parents, coordination of follow-ups, and monitoring of student progress.

Event and General Support

• Assist at school events when required.

• Carry out any administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal and Student Development KPs

Requirements:-

• At least two years of experience in managing students at the primary or lower secondary level.

• Diploma qualification from a recognized institution.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy towards students with social-emotional and behavioural needs.

• Passion and a positive disposition towards working with students with behavioural challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with school teams, including Year Heads, teachers, counsellors and other stakeholders.
