Position: Operations Manager(运营经理)
Key Responsibilities(岗位职责):
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Develop and implement operational processes (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and operational KPIs
- Lead and manage a team of consultants, including training and performance tracking
- Coordinate marketing and lead generation channels (e.g. social media, referrals, partnerships)
- Handle customer experience and resolve operational issues promptly
- Work closely with management to execute business strategies and improve profitability
Requirements(岗位要求):
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, sales, or business management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in team management and process improvement preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing channels is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
Salary Range(薪资范围):
SGD 4,000 – SGD 7000 (commensurate with experience)
Working Hours(工作时间):
5.5 or 6-day work week, depending on operational needs
