Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

1. Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods and materials
2. Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to customers
3. Maintain detailed inventory records and conduct cycle counts
4. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
5. Assist with the organisation and upkeep of the warehouse
6. Support the wider logistics team as required

What we're looking for
1.Proven experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
3.Familiarity with warehousing, storage and distribution processes and procedures
4.Forklift licence and experience operating material handling equipment
5.Excellent communication and teamwork skills
6. Ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure
8 to 8pm ( 2 hours will be OT)

• Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities.

*Conduct experimental research on the various properties of the company’s product compounds, analyses and tests to investigate chemical phenomena, to test, develop new product and test methodology or improve raw materials and products.
* Responsible for new product testing and trial run inspection.
* Co-working with customers during testing and development stage on evaluation of the company products.
*Work closely with customers on the development of applications to meet customers’ needs.
*Proactively provide customers with required technical support

• Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes.
• Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
• Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirement
• Relevant experience from the semiconductor industry in servicing customer in quality related issues is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical software such as DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing) will be an added advantage.
• Statistically inclined with good analytical & problem solving skills;
• Self-motivated, resourceful, action-focused and result-oriented team player.
• Familiar with IATF16949 requirement is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel overseas
• Willing to work overtime when needed and travel overseas and on short notice ( on average 2-3 x per month)
