We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Information Security Officer to join our growing cyber security function. This role bridges security governance with practical technical implementation ensuring that security requirements are translated into effective, real-world controls.

You will strengthen the organization’s security posture by designing, implementing and validating security controls aligned with regulatory, business and technology requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across IT and business units and, where applicable, support client engagements as a trusted security advisor.

This role focusses primarily on technical security implementation, control effectiveness, and risk reduction, rather than people management or purely policy-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Information Security Framework & Procedures

• Collaborate with Information Security (InfoSec) Department to interpret security policies and translate them into practical, organization-wide procedures.

• Design, document and maintain standardized security processes aligned with internal policies and external standards (e.g. ISO 27001, SS 714:2025).

• Ensure Security procedures are pragmatic, scalable, and adopted across business units.

• Continuously review and improve procedures to reflect changes in technology, risk landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  

2.      Security Review & Technical Assessment

• Assess gaps between current security practices and defined security benchmarks and drive hands-on improvements.

• Perform relevant security assessments such as configuration reviews, vulnerability assessments and control effectiveness reviews.

• Review and refine existing security and operational procedures to ensure effectiveness and scalability.

• Lead the implementation and rollout of new or updated security controls and procedures, ensuring smooth integration into existing technical and operational workflows.

• Validate that implemented controls meet policy and regulatory requirements, maintaining appropriate documentation for audit, assurance and continuous improvement purposes.
  

3.      Stakeholder Enablement & Advisory

• Act as the subject matter expert for information security across the organization and on client projects where applicable.

• Communicate security risks, trade-offs and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deliver targeted security awareness and training sessions to improve organizational cybersecurity maturity.

• Mentor and support process owners and system owners to ensure long-term ownership and sustainable execution of security controls.
  

4.      IT Collaboration & MIS Security Oversight

• Collaborate closely with IT, infrastructure, application and MIS teams.

• Periodically assess MIS-related systems, process, and data flows from an information security and risk perspective.

• Advise IT and MIS stakeholders on security control design, configuration hardening, and risk mitigation measures.

• Validate that MIS solutions and system implementations align with organizational security policies, approved architectures, and regulatory requirements.

• From time to time, support or assist with MIS-related tasks and initiatives where security input or technical understanding is required, particularly during system changes, reviews, or implementation.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

Relevant Experience

• Demonstrated experience in information security, cybersecurity risk management, IT risk or IT audit, with hands-on involvement in implementation or validating security controls.

• Experience working in complex IT environments involving multiple systems, platforms, or regulatory requirements.

• Working experience with implementation and maintenance of solutions such as Microsoft Intune/Entra, Apple Business Manager, Wazuh is highly advantages.
  

Expertise

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security architectures, risk management concepts, and control frameworks.

• Practical experience applying security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001 or equivalent.
  

Communication

• Ability to explain security concepts, risks, and requirements clearly to business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable influencing without direct authority and working collaboratively across teams.
  

Certifications

• Security certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent practical experience designing, implementing, and assessing security controls in real-world environments.
  

Analytical Mindset

• Strong ability to analyse complex environments, identify hidden security or compliance risks, and recommended pragmatic, risk-based solutions.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance security rigor with business practicality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, programming, debugging, testing, modifications, deployment, operation, and maintenance of the applications.

• Responsible for developing digital products or features to support operations.

• Ensure that the developed modules/deliverables meet expectation, quality standards and target schedule.

• Effectively document issues and provide regular status and progress updates towards project milestones.

• Maintain and update the user guide to reflect system enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on working experience with Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, Shell Scripting, MySQL, NoSQL, Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) or other similar tech stack

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or an equivalent.

• Able to understand and take over existing implementations effectively.

• Able to document project know-how regularly and share with the team (system documentation, incident reporting, etc.).

• Experienced in internet technologies, application servers, and databases.

• Familiar with Git, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing.

• Experience with repositories and CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab, Bamboo and BitBucket

• Experience developing in Mac/Linux environment.

• Experience with AWS (Certification preferred), including foundational services like EC2, S3, and Amazon RDS.

• Working experience in Agile and UX development environment is an added advantage.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Work with a team of DevOps engineers in a developed software program during the maintenance phase of the application. 

• Deep understanding of technologies in the major cloud providers space, working with build, deployment and administration. 

• Communicate with various vendors and customers. 

• Work with the team to troubleshoot software and infrastructure problems to ensure that the system meets operational expectations, quality standards and within schedule. 

• To accommodate customer’s operational needs, there will sometimes be work outside of regular business hours.  

• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies such as EC2, S3, Lambda and RDS 

• Provide L3 support for cloud environments and middleware, which includes change, system administration, performance and availability management. 

• Coordinate major/minor releases and deployments, ensuring the environment is prepared for testing and public release within the timeframe allocated. 

 Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree Computer Science, or related field. 

• Four (4) or more years of experience in the job offered or related role. 

• Must have two (2) years of experience with Linux and Cloud platforms, carrying out operational activities. 

• Experience with AWS, exposure to other cloud service providers (CSP) technologies would be a plus.

Join our dynamic, cross-functional Agile team as a Software QA Engineer and contribute to large-scale national strategic projects. Our team is dedicated to enhancing product quality through innovative testing strategies. You will work alongside Solution Architects, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, and Developers to deliver high-quality software that emphasizes automation and an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution:
  Develop, prioritize, and manage detailed test plans, regression suites, and test cases based on evolving requirements. Lead efforts to enhance product quality and embed robust quality assurance practices.
• Test Automation & Development:
  Design and maintain the testing environment and automation framework with tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, and Robot Framework. Automate unit, API, UI, integration, and end-to-end tests, targeting full coverage including edge cases. Senior roles will include performance and load testing.
• Manual and Exploratory Testing:
  Perform exploratory and functional testing to identify issues not captured by automation, covering iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide clear, actionable QA insights. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role with a proven track record of success.
• Minimum 5 years of experience (for senior roles) in application exploratory testing, regression test automation, application performance testing, and/or application security testing.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Robot Framework, JMeter). Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript). Knowledge of various testing methodologies and best practices. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience with API testing.

Your Role and Responsibilities

•        Plan and conduct user research activities — including interviews, surveys, and usability testing — synthesising findings into actionable insights, personas, journey maps, and service blueprints that inform product strategy and prioritisation.

•        Facilitate discovery workshops with business users and stakeholders to surface pain points, map current-state workflows, and define the design scope.

•        Map current-state and to-be user journeys across digital touchpoints and backend processes, articulating system interactions and technical dependencies to define optimal end-to-end experiences.

•        Translate user insights and stakeholder requirements into wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes for usability testing, stakeholder review, and development handover.

•        Develop design iterations and alternatives with clear rationale and trade-offs; drive continuous refinement through usability testing and iterative improvements that simplify complex systems.

•        Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, UI specifications, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency across products and support development teams during implementation.

•        Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the development lifecycle — from initial concepts to final delivery — ensuring accurate and feasible implementation.

•        Engage stakeholders throughout the design process — gathering requirements, prioritising problem statements, and presenting design concepts and research findings in clear, compelling formats.

Skills and Experience Required

•        Diploma or bachelor's degree in design, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

•        5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or service design, with the ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

•        Strong proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools; familiarity with Miro, Jira, or equivalent collaboration tools.

•        Experienced in facilitating ideation workshops, requirements gathering, and synthesising UX design approaches with stakeholders.

•        Confident in executing UX research methodologies, journey mapping, service blueprinting, visual and interaction design, and prototyping.

•        Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1 AA).

•        Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•        Experience in government, public sector, or large-scale enterprise settings is preferred.
