Role: System Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyse business requirements, translating them into solution designs; facilitate user workshops and model transactions to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Perform a hands-on techno-functional role to analyse and propose solutions for business issues, including technical, strategic, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with technology teams, business units, and key stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the financial industry with strong exposure to core banking, preferably in a System Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Prior experience with Agentic AI and GenAI solutions, including understanding of agent patterns, types, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Solid understanding of model architecture, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience in evaluating and integrating LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Gemini) into business processes.
• Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as OpenShift, RAG, and Agentic AI workflows to build GenAI capabilities.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable GenAI architectures and solutions.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge and understand business drivers and proposed solutions.

Job description:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Site Reliability Engineering related roles, with at least 5 years of experience specializing in SIEM/Splunk engineering or observability in financial or regulated environments.
• Proven hands-on expertise in the following technical areas:
• SIEM Platforms: Splunk (must), EL/Elastic

Responsibilities:

     Observability Engineering and Governance

• Architect and maintain enterprise SIEM solutions aligned with operational resilience mandates (e.g., MAS TRM, DORA, APRA CPS 230).
• Lead deployment, configuration, and optimization of Splunk for full-stack visibility across infrastructure, applications, networks, and user experience.
• Define and enforce telemetry data governance standards—metrics, logs, and traces—ensuring consistency, retention compliance, and security.
• Integrate Splunk with incident management, ITSM and AIOps systems to enable predictive alerting and anomaly detection.
• Act as the SIEM/Splunk subject matter expert (SME) for architecture reviews, platform upgrades, and performance tuning.

Reliability Engineering and Automation

• Implement and champion SRE frameworks and reliability practices for mission-critical systems.
• Design and automate runbooks, alerts, and self-healing workflows using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with Application, Infrastructure, and Cyber teams to embed reliability principles into the delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct resilience, chaos, and capacity testing aligned with business continuity and disaster recovery standards.
• Define and track error budgets, reliability scorecards, and service health indicators for production workloads.

Cloud & Platform Integration

• Engineer SIEM for cloud-native workloads in AWS and Azure, ensuring visibility across compute, storage, and network layers.
• Integrate Splunk and cloud observability tools into CI/CD pipelines and landing zones to ensure continuous compliance.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) models using Terraform and Ansible for consistent, auditable provisioning.
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure telemetry aligns with audit, compliance, and operational risk requirements.

Operational Excellence and Collaboration

• Drive reduction in incident recurrence, MTTR, and manual intervention through observability-led automation.
• Partner with Service Delivery, Cyber, and Application teams to enable predictive incident prevention and root cause transparency.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports showcasing availability, reliability KPIs, and operational risk indicators.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents, post-incident reviews, and audits, ensuring lessons learned are codified into automation and process improvements.

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager (SAP) who will take a key role in our team. The successful candidate will join the Information Technology Division, Cloud & Platforms department and will be responsible for the following:

• Set the technology roadmap and standards for our SAP platform and applications, including SAP Cloud solutions / platforms.

• Provide the technical leadership in the SAP Basis area and drive outcomes for projects and BAU-related work across the SAP landscape.

• Responsible for setting and maintaining operational procedures, processes and controls and working with SAP Basis support.

• Responsible for security, configuration, patching, review of SAP GRC SOD/SAT rules and violations and working with security/audit teams (both internal and external).

• Managing licence audits with SAP audit team.

• Managing inventory and re-certification of servers, software versions, system IDs, etc.

• Managing admin user access/reviews, planning complex system changes.

• Review system architecture design changes and new implementation.

• Managing server resource utilization and costs and system performance optimization.

Requirements

• University degree in an IT related discipline.

• More than five years of experience working with SAP BASIS in multiple roles, such as team lead or manager.

• Strong technical domain knowledge and hands on experience in SAP Cloud solutions & platforms in a Basis role, especially in complex SAP landscapes involving on-prem, on-cloud and RISE setups.

• Strong general IT knowledge covering servers, storage, networks, browsers, printers, basic UNIX admin tasks, basic Windows OS admin tasks, public cloud & its services, etc.

• Ability to manage vendors, project teams and users to ensure standards & timely delivery.

• Ability to engage and lead multiple support teams to resolve incidents or issues.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to resolve conflicts
