We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our Finance Team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and staff claims.
Reconcile daily sales from outlets and online platforms.
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor store cash collections.
Assist in inventory costing and stock take reconciliation.
Support month-end closings and preparation of financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.
Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
