Job Summary

You will manage stock allocation and inventory control to support van sales drivers in meeting sales targets. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate returns, update sales performance, and handle SKU listings on e-commerce and supermarket platforms.

Responsibilities

• Allocate stocks daily to van sales drivers using proprietary merchandise software to support sales operations
• Monitor warehouse stock levels and adjust allocations to meet van sales quotas and maintain healthy stock rotation
• Track and record returned stocks from van sales drivers in the inventory system to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile warehouse stock counts with stock drawdowns and returns to maintain inventory integrity
• Communicate effectively with van sales drivers to resolve operational issues and support stock movement
• Conduct regular stock takes at the warehouse to verify stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Prepare and present weekly reports on van sales drivers’ targets versus stock levels and sales performance
• Manage listing and delisting of SKUs on e-commerce platforms and supermarket channels to maintain product availability
• Place weekly orders for fresh stocks to ensure sufficient supply for van sales to achieve sales targets
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs

Job Summary

You will lead and supervise warehouse operations in a cold room environment to ensure accurate stock management and efficient logistics. You will drive compliance with stock allocation and delivery schedules, collaborating with drivers and warehouse specialists to meet revenue targets and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage stock movements in the cold room warehouse at Buroh location to maintain operational efficiency
• Verify and approve stock draw out, returns, incoming stock, and ensure stock balances accurately match the warehouse system records
• Roster and supervise on-site warehouse specialists to ensure completion of daily operational tasks without loose ends
• Monitor and enforce compliance of van sales drivers with allocated stock to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain daily updates of stock inventory in the warehouse system and Google Drive for accurate record-keeping
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with various on-ground stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
• Apply hands-on knowledge of perishables and utilize MS Excel, Google Drive, and IT tools to support warehouse management

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid manual class 3 driving license to operate a 10-footer chiller truck for delivery as needed

• Previous experience working in perishables or FMCG trade environments, demonstrating familiarity with stock and warehouse operations

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure accurate financial transactions and timely payments. Support payroll and compliance submissions while facilitating smooth communication with customers and suppliers. Assist in administrative and operational tasks to contribute to efficient financial management.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial records and support cash flow management
• Verify and process supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies before payment
• Review and validate staff claims to uphold expense policy adherence and prevent discrepancies
• Prepare payments through various modes to ensure timely settlement of financial obligations
• Compile and submit monthly payroll and CPF contributions to meet statutory requirements
• Respond professionally to customer and supplier inquiries via phone to maintain positive business relationships
• Develop monthly payment schedules to optimize cash flow and financial planning
• Assist in managing partial account sets and support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting

1. Able to execute month end closing and perform full sets of accounts.
2. Keeping proper filing and records of customers invoices, company expenses and assisting the office manager to prepare regular payments to suppliers and vendors.
3. Keeping proper filing and records of company expenses
4. General office administrative support as and when needed.
5. Execute GST submission or IRAS filing.
6. Generate monthly Profit and Loss reports for management.
7. Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
8. Able to do HR functions like processing WP, EP, S Pass payroll etc
9. Manage weekly overseas indent procurement.
10. Experienced in having junior accountants reporting to this role.

The candidate must require :-

1. 3 to 4 years’ accounting working experience.
2. Detailed and meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
3. Proficient in MS Office and MYOB and Xero Accounting software is essential.
4. Creditable accounting qualifications.

1. Experienced in the supermarket industry to drive demand planning.

3. Able to driver chiller truck when team member is on leave or sick leave.
