Responsibilities
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve site-related issues efficiently and maintain project alignment.
- Supervise site works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installation and T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other project documentation collaboratively with project teams.
- Direct daily activities of workers by briefing foremen and monitoring progress to ensure satisfactory quality and timely completion.
- Monitor workers’ punctuality and oversee accommodation and transport arrangements to support workforce efficiency.
- Advise workers on necessary safety precautions and enforce safe work practices on site.
- Report immediately any accidents, schedule delays, or equipment damage to relevant parties for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to prepare and submit shop drawings accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and prepare technical submissions with authorities, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing the master construction programme to support project planning.
- Support the Project Manager in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and labor to meet project needs.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues effectively.
- Welcome fresh graduates to apply and contribute to project execution and learning.
