Roles & Responsibilities:
Experienced in Interior Fit-Out / A&A works.
Leading project planning sessions
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion and meet deadlines within schedule
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
Managing large and diverse teamsin accordance to statutory and client requirements
Check and analyses drawing, authority requirements and tender specifications
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Experience to co-ordinate and support in handling the progress carpentry project works
Work closely and manage own workers, subcontractors and external stakeholders ensure workmanship are met in accordance to statutory and client requirements
Monitor and inspect the progress of the project-on-site to ensure that the works are implemented based on good quality, finishes and standards, and that project is on schedule, and within budget.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
- Capable of working during nighttime hours.
- Able to read ID drawings, furniture detailing.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and tight project timeline.
- PC literate – proficient in MS office and AutoCAD.
- BCSS cert and other construction safety cert required.
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management/ Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in interior renovations / construction fields.
