• Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers and follow up to close sales deals
• Source and procure parts required by customers to meet their technical and delivery needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales support or order administration
• Secondary, technical education or diploma in any discipline
• Demonstrate a positive and motivating work attitude
