Managing sales enquiry and understanding clients' needs and renovation requests

Providing professional advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling

Preparing quotation for clients

Managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely handover of unit to clients

Developing strong relationships with clients while delivering service excellence

Manage team of 5 salesman

Job Requirements:

Sales experience; Preferable in Interior Design/Architecture industry

Strong & effective communication skills

Possess strong networking and good connection to liaise with customers/agents/suppliers

Passionate, energetic; Sales-oriented and self-driven

Renovation/Carpentry Project Coordinator

Own transport - Motorbike

Home renovation works

Able to take measurements

Monday to Sat - 9pm to 6pm

Able to do basic hands-on works - electrical, painting, handyman works

Able to manage job sites, renovation project management and coordination

Need to meet owners, interior designers, main contractors for meetings and discussion

Able to work independently
