We are a fast-growing, dual-brand company expanding our Kallang Experience Center.
We are currently expanding our sales engine and are looking to hire 3 driven Sales Executives
Sales Executive – The Kurater
Focus: B2C Homeowners & B2B Clients
What You Will Do:
Showroom Consultation: Guide walk-in homeowners and designers through our Kallang showroom, conducting deep needs assessments for their floor plans and aesthetics.
Design Advisory: Recommend furniture layouts, and finishes that align with the client’s interior design vision.
Quoting & Closing: Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate terms, and close fast-moving retail deals as well as larger B2B packages.
Order Fulfillment: Coordinate seamlessly with our sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of custom pieces.
Responsibilities :
Warm Lead Conversion: Follow up on high-quality inbound leads generated by our robust social media and digital marketing engine.
CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in our internal tracking system.
After-Sales Excellence: Ensure a premium customer experience from the first handshake to post-delivery support.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Experience in furniture or interior design, but hungry learners are welcome).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
Highly driven and motivated by uncapped commission structures.
Able to work a 5.5-day rostered schedule (including weekends for Experience Centre duty).
