Job Summary

As a Senior Product Engineer, you will provide comprehensiveengineering support across product lifecycles, drive debug and yieldimprovement activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensuresuccessful product testing and production release.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for RF, Mixed Signal, Digital, and Power Management products through all development and production phases
• Collaborate with test engineering and production support teams to lead debug activities, reliability qualification, and yield enhancement efforts
• Communicate technical product status and progress to management and relevant stakeholders
• Establish and clarify product testing and production release requirements with customers
• Coordinate with foundries, test subcontractors, and SAT houses to resolve production issues promptly
• Generate detailed status reports, test limits (guard bands), correlation analyses, and yield summary reports at each project phase
• Support initiatives to improve yield, reduce test time, and lower retest rates during production ramp-up

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Product or Test Engineering, preferably with foundry process background
• Experience leading technical teams is an advantage
• Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, PMIC, Mixed Signal, and RF products
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Proficient in statistical data analysis and data mining techniques
• Exposure to statistical analysis software such as JMP, CEDA, Data Power, or Optimal Plus is a plus

Job Summary

Drive test characterization and platform enablement for PMIC, MixedSignal, and RF IPs. Collaborate with engineering teams to debug, analyze data,and deliver detailed reports supporting product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

·      Develop and execute test codes for automated measurements using labequipment to enable efficient test platform operation

·      Characterize PMIC, Mixed Signal, and RF IPs by measuring Buck/LDOregulator parameters including line/load regulation, efficiency, accuracy,RDSON, load/line transient, and PSRR

·      Operate and maintain bench equipment such as source meters,oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, power supplies, andfunction generators for design debug and circuit deep dives

·      Perform lab characterization of Mixed Signal or RF IP and Baseband ModemFunctional Blocks including ADC, DAC, and PLL to validate design functionality

·      Collaborate closely with test engineering and production support teamsto drive debug activities and correlate data with Automated Test Equipment(ATE) results

Required competencies and certifications

Job description

• Test program development for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on ATE (primarily on Advantest 93k - SmarTest 7, SmarTest 8 / Teradyne UFLEX)
• Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up and production release activities
• Debug of digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature)
• Understanding and experience in characterization of Mixed Signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL and etc.)
• Involve on test program hand off, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
• High level of collaboration and interaction with different Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.

Job Requirements

• Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2-5 yrs relevant experience on the Test Engineering is preferred
• Hands on experience on Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATE’s is added advantage.
• Good  Knowledge of analog and digital electronics is desired.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment is a must.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
