• Oversee and coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to ensure alignment with project schedules and requirements.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and site constraints.

• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and necessary documentation per project and ISO standards.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to M&E systems, minimizing disruptions to project progress.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E coordination for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other M&E design software.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems is an advantage.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and necessary documentation per ISO standards.
• Identify and address construction challenges, providing timely solutions to keep the project on track.
• Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• PEB recognised Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

• Ensure that all architectural work complies with relevant local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, design changes, site inspections, and progress reports.
• Identify and address design or construction challenges, ensuring that they are resolved promptly to avoid project delays.

Job Requirements:

Above 2 years of relevant experience within construction company in Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• This role reports to Project Director/Senior Project Manager.
• The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Graduated from PEB recogised universities with degree in Civil Enineering .
• Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project and make sure that the schedule is kept.
• Lead team to manage project operations schedule and specifications.
• Manage operational cost to keep cost within the budget.
• Manage site documents filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.
• Manage subcontractors' activities to ensure compliance of contract requirements.
• Monitor compliance of work with the workplace safety and health regulations.
• Monitor quality of project delivery to make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivery of project to meet completion date.
• Provides leadership to the peoject management and construction team.
• Supervise daily site activities.
