Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM | 1 Saturday per month (8:30AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary: $2,700 - $3,000
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong knowledge of company products through internal training.
- Support the Business Development team by assisting with order processing and delivery coordination.
- Handle daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Prepare required documentation and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate order completion.
- Follow up on operational matters to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
