Job Summary
You will proactively engage Singaporean companies to invite participation in Taiwanese exhibitions, maintain professional communication, record outreach details, and collaborate with the team for timely follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact Singaporean companies from a provided list to invite them to Taiwanese exhibitions
- Communicate professionally and courteously with potential participants to build positive relationships
- Accurately document outreach activities and responses for reporting and tracking purposes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely follow-up communications and support event participation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in English at a polytechnic level, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with participants
- Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and reliability to represent the organization well

Location
Schedule
- Flexible schedule with 10-12 working days per month, self-arranged
- Working hours: 6 hours per day, either 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $11-$14 SGD and up, inclusive of CPF contributions
- Initial contract duration: 1-2 months, with potential for extension based on performance
