- Degree in civil engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in tunnelling works and of which at least 10 years of experience in managing tunnelling works of similar scale with complexity in ground condition.
- Experience in slurry type TBM in mining of big diameter (12m) tunnel from beginning to the end of TBM drive.
- Able to manage and control the excavation plan and program.
- Minimum 2 projects of slurry type TBM experience in taking role as Excavation Management System Engineer.
- Familiar with LTA MRT projects requirements and specifications.
