1. Administrative Support
- Prepare and maintain operational documents, reports, and records.
- Organize files, data, and internal documentation.
- Assist in reports, and operational updates.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate between different departments (operations, merchandising, logistics).
- Follow up with teams on pending tasks.
- Handling and responding to buyer queries and email communications.
3. Data Management & Reporting
- Update tracking sheets (production status, shipment status, order status, etc.).
- Maintain databases and ensure information accuracy.
4. Price Inquiry, Order & Process Monitoring
- Send price inquiries and order sheets to the team, and maintain records of inquiry
data and pricing.
- Assist in tracking orders, production progress, and delivery schedules.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain audit documents, compliance files, and certifications.
- Assist with factory audit documentation or operational compliance tracking.
6. Problem Solving Support
- Help identify operational issues and report them to the Operations Manager.
- Follow up on corrective actions and improvements.
Merchandising experience and technical knowledge in the garment industry would be an
advantage.
