Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales enquiries, guiding the team to achieve sales targets
Provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, materials, and color scheme specifications
Understand customers’ needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all projects
Oversee project costing, budgeting, and quotation preparation
Plan and monitor project timelines, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination
Supervise and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high-quality project completion
Ensure all designs and project timelines are executed as planned
Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and training where needed
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in interior design and sales, preferably in a supervisory or senior role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Pleasant disposition, proactive, and results-driven
Passion for sales with a strong drive to achieve targets
Keen interest in design trends, materials, and industry knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
