Assistant Restaurant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Schedule duty-roster for all staff and make preparations to cope with staffing adequately and economically through forecast and anticipating volume of business in relation to festive seasons, public holidays, school holidays and other traditional
• off-peak periods.
• Ensure appearance, cleanliness and set-up of the restaurant is properly maintained.
• Record and ensure that damaged utensils are not used for serving. Check maintenance
• of all equipment and fitting and request for immediate repair work as required.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to provide customer feedback on food, beverage and service as well as in determining which menu items are most
• sellable, and highlight guests’ feedbacks.
• To provide coaching and guidance to rank and file.
• In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will

Marketing Executive (Membership & Design) - 1 Year Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead our membership marketing initiatives while supporting the design and development of marketing collateral. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing skills, hands-on campaign execution, and strong design/artwork abilities to attract, engage, and retain members effectively. A critical responsibility will be ensuring accurate tracking of membership points and redemption activities to uphold program integrity and member satisfaction.

Key Areas:

Membership Marketing (Main Portfolio):

• Plan and implement membership campaigns, promotions, and referral programs.
• Manage membership communications across email, digital platforms, and social media.
• Monitor and track membership data, including points accumulation and redemptions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure membership benefits and experiences are clearly communicated.
• Provide regular reports on membership growth, churn, engagement, and redemption activities.

Other Responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaigns

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage and support marketing activities with external public relationship agencies , including social media campaigns, photoshoots, and media launches.
• Oversee website and mobile app content updates to ensure accurate and engaging information.
• Coordinate updates on food delivery platforms (menu changes, promotions, campaigns, branding consistency).
• Track and report on campaign performance, recommending improvements where necessary.

Design & Creative Support

• Create visually appealing artwork, graphics, and digital assets for social media, EDMs, newsletters, brochures, and event collaterals.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Work with external vendors/agencies when required to produce high-quality creative assets.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with F&B, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Preferred Skills

• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs/CRM systems, and points redemption tracking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
