Surplus Media Pte. Ltd is committed to brand building and live streaming for goods sales. We are seeking for a highly skilled, created and motivated social media specialist for Marketing and Advertising to join our team, a vibrant media company.

As a social media and marketing specialist, you will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, increasing brand awareness, and maximizing ROI through strategic Advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the operation team to develop, implement, and optimize campaigns aimed at reaching our target audience and achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• - Monitor development in the market and produce timely, manage content creators, engaging text, images and videos for social media and brand building.

• - Oversee and interact with various social media accounts and e-commerce accounts (e.g: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, LinkedIn, Shopee, Lazada, etc.), responding to comments, etc.

• - Advertising and analyze social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, and trends to guide strategies.

• - Collaboration: Work closely with operation team, designers, and content creators to align social media with marketing strategies.

• - Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance. Plan and create execute comprehensive AD aligned with company goals and objectives to meet target audience.

Requirements:

• - Diploma and above in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.

• - Knowledgeable about trends and- best practices across social media channels. Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Linked-In, etc. Significant experience as a TikTok user or video content creatorDiploma and above in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.

• - Passionate about storytelling and the social media space. Excellent copy-writing skills to engage the audience within a few seconds.

• - Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• - Persuasive communicator, confident, creative and exceptional attention to detail.
