Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform CNC milling operations and 5-axis CAD/CAM programming.
• Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and workpieces based on engineering drawings.
• Interpret and work with G-code and M-code programs.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
• Ensure all machined parts meet required drawings, tolerances, and specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher Nitec, or equivalent in Precision Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or Hypermill.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC milling experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Able to multitask and willing to work night shifts.

Job Responsibility 

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections prior to delivery.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments using CMM
• Prepare and maintain inspection records and QC reports.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Work closely with production and QC teams to support continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspection and quality control processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to perform dimensional and visual inspections.
• Well verse in CMM Measuring Equipment.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

• Review and interpret customer specifications and order requirements.
• Calculate and estimate raw material requirements , machining process and secondary processes for finished goods.
• Develop, plan, and maintain production schedules based on order priorities and machine capacity.
• Coordinate closely with production, quality, and purchasing teams to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed. Provide regular, proactive updates to customers, including early communication of potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Maintain accurate production planning data using in-house planning software. Ensure timely updates of order status, and delivery schedule
• Identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related field.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, including CAD and CAM drawings.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production or manufacturing planning.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production flow, capacity, and constraints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and able to make sound decisions.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.

• Perform dimensional & visual inspection for incoming, in-process, and final before delivery.
• Prepare QC reports.
• Communicate defects to internal teams and vendors, and follow up until issues are resolved
• Review requirements and specifications in technical drawings and coordinate secondary process.
• Issue Non-conformance Reports (NCRs)Corrective/Preventive Action Requests, and monitor closure of RMA parts.
• Oversee and maintain calibration of measuring equipment.
• Maintain records and documents compliance with quality procedure.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

• Well-versed in measuring instruments such as CMM and SmartScope
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred. Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply.
