Role Overview

The role supports the development and execution of branding strategies across the Group’s portfolio of brands. This role ensures brand consistency, strengthens brand equity, and supports projects and initiatives at a group level while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Our current office is located in Aljunied area.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around the May 2026

Key Responsibilities

Group Brand Management

• Support the implementation of group-level branding strategies, guidelines, and initiatives across all brands.

• Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across touchpoints.

• Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines and assets.

Campaigns & Communications

• Support planning and execution of group branding campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, employer branding, etc.).

• Coordinate branding requirements for corporate initiatives and group-wide projects.

• Assist with content development for brand storytelling, presentations, and corporate communications.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Work closely with marketing team, design, agencies, and vendors to ensure alignment with group branding direction.

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals for branding projects.

• Support cross-functional collaboration across business units.

• Administrative support for Branding Dept

Brand Governance & Quality Control

• Review and ensure accuracy and brand compliance of marketing and communication materials.

• Monitor brand usage and flag inconsistencies, proposing improvements where needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communications (group or multi-brand experience preferred).

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual storytelling, and proficiency in design tools. You will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful visual content for both digital and print media.

• Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, print materials, and other branding projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts according to project briefs.

• Edit and revise designs according to stakeholder feedback.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and order fulfilment to support daily outlet operations. This role ensures smooth stock movement, proper documentation in NAV (ERP system), and timely coordination with procurement, logistics, and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

• Maintain an organized warehouse environment to improve efficiency and safety.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP system).

• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and highlight potential shortages or overstock situations.

Receiving & Dispatch

• Verify incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.

• Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing in NAV.

• Prepare and coordinate outgoing orders for outlets or customers.

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of outlet replenishment orders.

System & Documentation

• Update inventory transactions in NAV including stock transfers, adjustments, and GRN.

• Maintain proper documentation for warehouse transactions and audits.

• Work closely with procurement and finance teams on stock reconciliation.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply flow.

• Support stock planning for promotions, campaigns, and festive periods.

• Assist with supplier returns, claims, and damaged goods management.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and warehouse SOPs.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage conditions within the warehouse.

• Follow workplace safety guidelines for material handling.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or retail distribution.

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

• Comfortable handling warehouse documentation and system transactions.

• Able to carry heavy goods when required.

• Proficient in Excel and basic computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Execution

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on Quality (QSC standards)

• Conduct hands-on and classroom training sessions for outlet staff

• Create structured training calendars and coordinate training schedules

Content Creation & SOP Management

• Develop and maintain training materials including SOPs, guides, and training videos

• Film, edit, and produce training videos for operational and quality processes

• Review and continuously improve existing SOPs to ensure clarity and practicality

Training Systems & Administration

• Track training completion, attendance, and certification records

• Prepare and analyze training reports and effectiveness metrics

Post-Training Follow-Up

• Conduct post-training assessments and on-site follow-ups

• Identify gaps in execution and reinforce training where needed

• Work closely with Operations to ensure training translates into performance

Process Improvement

• Simplify complex workflows into clear, easy-to-follow training content

• Standardize best practices across outlets and central kitchen

Ad-hoc & Cross-functional Support

• Support QSC initiatives, audits, and operational projects

• Assist in rolling out new product or process training
