We are looking for a POS Support Engineer/Technician to support our F&B and retail clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure POS systems, receipt printers andkitchen printers

Provide on-site and remote technical support

Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

Setup and maintain LAN / router / IP configuration

Perform system maintenance and updates

Prepare basic service reports and documentation

Requirements

Basic knowledge in IT, hardware and networking

Experience in POS system / printer support preferred

Familiar with Windows OS and network setup

Able to work independently and handle customer issues

Good communication skills

Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Salary Range

SGD $2,500 – $3,000 (depending on experience)

Job Summary

You will support sales and administrative tasks by preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery orders, communicating with customers, following up on orders, managing basic admin duties, and coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and delivery orders to support sales processes
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone and WhatsApp to provide information and follow up on quotations and orders
• Track and follow up on quotations and orders to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction
• Perform basic administrative tasks including document filing to maintain organized records
• Coordinate effectively with technicians to schedule and manage service jobs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and reports
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers professionally
• Responsible and organized approach to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred; training will be provided
