Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for new builds and/or alterations.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design outcomes.
• Understand client briefs, develop feasibility studies, and produce design proposals.
• Generate design concepts that respond to client needs, building usage, and environmental considerations.
• Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compile project specifications and coordinate submissions where required.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery within the team.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, including planning, execution, and overall control.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Handle project management aspects such as budgeting, risk management, and profitability tracking.
• Supervise and guide team members to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to client requirements.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate submissions, and support procurement processes.
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

To support the Procurement Manager and Design Team in the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) and interior finishes.

You will ensure projects stay on budget and meet strict installation timelines. Manage Material Library in office, monitor the sample leasing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Vendor Management Supplier Research: Identify and vet new vendors for bespoke furniture, lighting, fabrics, and hardware.
Relationship Building: Maintain a database of reliable contractors and international suppliers.
Sample Management: Request, organize, and maintain the "Materials Library" (fabric swatches, wood finishes, stone samples).

2. Purchasing & Financial SupportQuotations: Request formal quotes based on designer specifications and negotiate pricing or bulk discounts.
Order Processing: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
Budget Tracking: Update project budget sheets to ensure spending aligns with the client’s approved costs.

3. Logistics & Quality ControlLead Time Tracking: Monitor production schedules to ensure custom items are completed on time.
Freight Coordination: Arrange shipping, customs clearance (for imports), and local delivery to the warehouse or site.
Defect Management: Inspect delivered goods for damage or discrepancies and manage the return/replacement process with vendors.

4. Administrative CoordinationSpecification Sheets: Assist designers in compiling "Spec Sheets" that detail the dimensions, materials, and costs for every item in a room.
