Job Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers on the recruitment process sourcing, screening, offering and providing interview evaluations and tracking the status of the candidates.

• Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk into the Recruitment Office to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments.

• Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data.

• Manage resumes received; ensure applicants’ information are updated in the ATS.

• Disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments for review and track the outcome.

• Manage and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates; ensuring good candidates’ experience.

• Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards.

• Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates and extend offers to candidates ensuring proposed salaries are in alignment with internal policies.

• Participate in and support recruitment activities and events.

• Prepare and generate reports as required.

• Perform any other jobs as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.

• Applicants with prior experience as a recruitment consultant and those with prior HR experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role. Candidates without the academic qualification but with equivalent years of experience is welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in recruiting for F&B related roles will be an advantage.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.

• Possess knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws / Employment Act is an advantage.

• A good team player and able to work under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in written and conversational English.

About the Role

Spa Esprit Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive who is an equal parts strategic thinker and excellent executor to help lead the next phase of growth for our beauty brands. This role is for a marketer who understands that modern beauty marketing is not just about promotions — it is about building desire, relevance, loyalty, and commercial momentum across every customer touchpoint.

You will play a key role in turning brand strategy into campaigns, content, partnerships, and customer experiences that drive both revenue and long-term brand equity. For optimal delivery, you will also work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, creative, CRM, digital, PR, and frontline teams to deliver campaigns and experiences that strengthen brand relevance and business performance.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Spa Esprit Group’s beauty brands to drive revenue, customer growth, and brand equity.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, PR, influencer marketing, and in-store channels.
• Brief and work closely with internal and external creative partners on campaign assets, copy, visual direction, and content needs.
• Work with digital teams and agency partners to optimize paid media performance, traffic, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Work with agency partners to identify and develop partnership, PR, and influencer opportunities that elevate brand visibility and cultural relevance.
• Manage timelines, approvals, asset development, vendor coordination, and rollout.
• Ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time and to brand standards.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, including sales impact, ROI, customer engagement, and channel effectiveness.
• Translate data and customer insights into actionable recommendations for future marketing activity.
• Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and consumer behaviour to identify whitespace opportunities and keep the brands competitive and distinctive.
• Manage budgets, timelines, marketing inventories, and vendor coordination where required.

Brand & Retail / Service Marketing

• Coordinate in-store/on-ground marketing materials including POSM, signage, launch collateral, and customer-facing communications.
• Ensure all brand communications are aligned with brand tone, positioning, and visual identity.
• Partner with operations and frontline teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed seamlessly across physical locations.

Content, CRM & Reporting (with the support of Digital team)

• Manage content planning and social rollout across owned channels, including social media, email, website, and in-store communications.
• Support CRM and retention initiatives, including customer journeys, database marketing, loyalty communications, and reactivation campaigns.
• Highlight issues, learnings, and opportunities for future improvement.

Vendor & Project Coordination

• Manage vendors, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Keep trackers, files, and implementation status updated.
• Help solve day-to-day execution issues quickly.

Skills Required

• 4 - 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or integrated communications, preferably in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong experience in campaign management across both brand-building and performance-driven marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong commercial sense, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, CRM, content, SEO, influencer marketing, and analytics.
• Strong communication skills, with a good eye for brand, visuals, and customer experience.
• Comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and making recommendations based on performance.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
• Collaborative and confident in working across functions and with external partners.
• Experienced in beauty, aesthetics, personal care, or service-led consumer brands is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the Singapore market and regional consumer trends is preferred.
