The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires frequent presence on-site to coordinate operations and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage construction projects to meet schedule and budget targets
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project lifecycle
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals to maintain regulatory and contractual compliance
• Identify potential risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular site inspections to resolve technical and operational issues promptly
• Oversee resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize project delivery
• Verify that all works conform to drawings and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing end-to-end construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations, with a strong focus on purchasing and order processing. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders
• Process sales and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on order status and deliveries
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and delivery records
• Support inventory coordination and basic stock tracking (if applicable)
• Prepare reports and updates related to operations and orders
• Manage general office administration such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
• Assist with coordination of logistics and deliveries
• Others ad-hoc work, if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in administrative or operations roles
• Experience in purchasing, order processing, or coordination work is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and accountability

·       Familiar with WSH Act and Regulations

·       Prepare project safety documentations and submissions

·       Conduct daily tool box meetings

·       Able to work at construction site

·       Candidates must be a registered WSH Officer with relevant certification and registration approved by the Ministry of Manpower.

·       Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.

·       Prior experience in construction site safety management is preferred.
