Job Description

• Attend tender interviews

• Provide support activities in procurement, attend

site meetings, monitoring deliveries and keeping

track of the entire project timeline

• Undertake cost analysis for project work

• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and

undertake feasibility studies

• Perform risk, value management and cost control

• Prepare and analyse costing for tenders

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including

bills of quantities with the client

• Provide advice on contractual claims

• Responsible for taking off measurement and

monthly progress claim.

• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress

reports

• Value completed work and arranged payments

• Maintain awareness of the different contracts in

current use

• Ensure the construction project is completed within

its projected budget.

Job Requirement

• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying

• Required language(s): English

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the

related field is required for this position especially

Landscape/ Construction Industries.

• Required Skill(s): quantity surveyor, project

management, site coordination, progress claims,

project costing, contracts

• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity

Surveying or equivalent.

• Knowledge of contract administration & tender

procedures is an advantage

• Relevant experience in Landscape/ Constructions

industry preferred

• 5.5 Working days per week

Job Description

· Responsible to deploy manpower for daily landscape maintenance duties and attend to urgent cases when necessary.

· Responsible to keep track and schedule for daily landscape maintenance accordingly and understand the quality of duties required by the Superior.

· Able to handle machinery and equipment such as hedge trimmers, chainsaws, long arm pruner, blower, etc.

· In charge and understand the safety requirements when working outside and inside working areas.

· Able to demonstrate the basic knowledge in Horticulture Maintenance such as proper pruning methods for shrubs and trees,daily maintenance duties which include watering, fertilizing, weeding, mulching, planting, plant removal etc, protect trees and plants from diseases and insect infestations and planting works.

• Work with Landscape Designer, Supervisor, Salesperson and Customer to review and install/implement Landscape projects, based on contract.

· Supervise crew on Landscape projects.

Job Description

• Lead Project planning and project management.

Oversee project execution, monitor site progress

and ensure on-time completion of projects

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and latest

WSH Act provisions at all times

• Ensure cost control and project completion within

budget, utilization of resources and schedule

• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all

site matters, attend site meeting if required.

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate

personnel.

• Recognize and solve potential problems and

evaluate project/program effectiveness.

• To lead and mentor the team by setting in place

guidelines and procedures, providing advice and

supervision

• Identify and resolve operational problems and

minimize delays

• Ensure that organization and government standards

on safety are met and ensure customer safety and

quality specifications are consistently met

• Coordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and

consultants on all project matters

• Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory

requirements

• Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen

and workers comply with client and regulatory

• To assist management in monitoring the

effectiveness of the risk control measures

• To recommend appropriate risk control measures to

reduce or eliminate the risk identified assessment

• Together with QS department to award sub

contractor

• Assist in ac-hoc tender for technical proposal

submission

Job Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture

or equivalent

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently with minimum

supervision as well as in a team environment

• Able to work under pressure with high initiative and

meeting timelines

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in

Construction Industry

• Able Understand & doing AutoCAD Drawing

• Maintenance of plants, shrubs, trees, flowerbed, grass turfs, irrigation system.
• Application of fertilizer, pesticide and other chemicals that will promote the growth of the plants.
• Watering of plants and removal of weeds or unwanted plants.
