Daily on ground assessment to plan, schedule and execute all work requirements
Ability to work within budget constraints, requirements and performance KPIs
Ability to lead, manage and work with a team of Executives, Supervisors, Team Leaders and Cleaners Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the understanding & identification contractual requirements
Point of contact for service request, feedbacks & all contractual requirements
Ensuring, monitoring & checking of all project monthly report submission requirements for billing.
Ability to provide resolution to all operation related matter
Customer liaison on service level and performance standards
Ability to handle both operational and administrative requirements
