We are seeking a professional

Spa Therapist

to join our wellness team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality massage and body treatments while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in compliance with our safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Delivery: Perform a variety of professional massage techniques (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone) and spa body treatments according to established protocols.
• Client Consultation: Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand client needs, medical history, and contraindications (e.g., allergies or high blood pressure).
• Hygiene & Maintenance: Sterilize equipment and maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of treatment rooms and common areas before and after each session.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish spa supplies, treatment products, and linens to ensure seamless operations.
• Customer Service: Professionally handle client enquiries, manage booking appointments, and recommend suitable retail products or additional services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment progress notes.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar professional wellness environment.
• Certification: Must possess a recognized professional certification in Massage Therapy or Spa Treatments
• Skills: Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and diverse massage modalities.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding treatments.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Roles & Responsibilities

Masseur (Full Time)

· Provide Foot Reflexology and Body Massage.

· Training will be provided.

· Both Male and Female clients.

· Customer service orientated, sales driven and target oriented person

· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill

· Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, stocks replenishment, towels supply, etc.

· Basic + Commission = Up to $4000

Requirements :

· No experience required for Singaporean.

· Work 6 days per week, and on Weekends and Public Holidays. Rest day will be a weekday.

A Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service and business performance.

Beautician – Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or relevant beauty certification (e.g. WSQ, ITEC)
• Basic skills in facial treatments, skincare, or beauty services
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional
• Able to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments
• Basic sales skills (upselling packages/products)
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in beauty or spa industry is a plus

Description: This Job is a full time job, paying you at least $3,000 to $5000 per month.

Requirements- Must be looking for full time position

Must able to communicate to customer speaking English or Chinese (to provide consultation to recommend suitable treatments)

Must be able to commit to working retail hour on weedays (10.45 to 9pm) and weekends ( 9.45am to 6pm)

Must provide good customer services and sales skills

Must have good Negotiation and interpersonal skills

A Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for handling appointments and ensuring smooth daily operations at the spa.

A Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, and increasing revenue through promotions and customer strategies.
