Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Software Specialist - CRM, based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CRM systems to ensure seamless operations. They will collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, manage network security, and streamline customer relationship management. Responsibilities also include providing technical support to stakeholders and ensuring IT infrastructure aligns with company objectives.

Qualifications

• MUST be Singaporean or PR
• Proficiency in Network Administration, Network Security, and maintaining secure IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting processes
• Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage and support user inquiries
• Ability to analyze and solve technical challenges with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with CRM systems and software implementations is highly preferable
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and challenges in target markets.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas, manage relationships, and effectively present marketing initiatives.
• Proven Sales and Marketing experience to drive campaigns and achieve organizational revenue targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Basic HTML experience is a requirement
• Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM and Ecommerce systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, ecommerce, and customer service teams to understand their needs and provide solutions and enhancements to the relevant systems.
• Coordinate with developers and technical support teams to fix bugs and deliver customizations and enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Train and support users on functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Integrate CRM with other business systems and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest CRM and Ecommerce related technologies and trends.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT with a focus on CRM and Ecommerce systems.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing systems in a retail environment.
• Experience in CRM/Ecommerce customization, configuration, and integration.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing processes within the retail industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Capillary CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, Zoho CRM).
• Strong technical knowledge of Ecommerce systems (e.g., Salesforce, Magento, Shopify)
• Proficiency in database management and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with retail industry processes and requirements is a plus.
