You will be responsible for the stability, security, and scalability of our entire stack—from desktop support and networking to hybrid cloud server environments. Your mission is to move beyond "keeping the lights on" by driving service excellence, robust governance, and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee comprehensive infrastructure and support operations, covering desktop, network, server (Windows/Linux), and AWS cloud environments.
• Service Governance: Define and manage SLAs, escalation workflows, and reporting cadences to ensure high service availability and user satisfaction.
• Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute an operational improvement roadmap focused on standardizing systems and increasing infrastructure resilience.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and coordinate with internal application teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Quality & Compliance: Drive the completion of technical documentation, including runbooks and disaster recovery plans, ensuring all systems meet security and quality standards.
• Resource Oversight: Lead and mentor the support team (L1/L2) to ensure professional development and efficient ticket resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Infrastructure Breadth: Deep technical understanding of M365, AWS, Networking, and Data Center operations.
• Governance Expertise: Proven experience establishing ITIL-based processes, SLAs, and incident management frameworks.
• Project Management: Ability to lead infrastructure projects, migrations, and standardization initiatives from conception to completion.
• Vendor Management: Strong track record of managing third-party service providers and contract performance.
• Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or senior-level technical certs (AWS/Microsoft).
• Experience managing hybrid-cloud budgets and cost optimization.

We are looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to manage our modern workplace environment. You will be the go-to person for end-user support, ensuring our team stays productive through seamless hardware provisioning, cloud application management, and efficient troubleshooting.

Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD /Entra ID.

• Support Lenovo ThinkPad devices, endpoint patching and basic AD administration.

. This role is critical for ensuring system reliability, cost-efficiency, and seamless infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities

• AWS Cloud Administration: Manage and scale AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Storage (S3/EBS), IAM, Backups, and CloudWatch monitoring. 
• Cost & Performance Optimization: Regularly review VM utilization to identify right-sizing opportunities, consolidation, and cost-saving measures.
• Server Management: Support both Windows and Linux server environments, including regular patching, alert management, and incident resolution.
• Hybrid Infrastructure: Maintain and manage the in-house data center, including physical servers, racks, and network equipment.
• Business Continuity: Perform backup validations and maintain up-to-date infrastructure diagrams, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures. 
• Vendor & Team Coordination: Collaborate with application teams and external vendors to resolve availability issues and optimize infrastructure performance. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Cloud Expertise: Proven experience administering AWS environments and managing access via IAM.
• System Administration: Strong proficiency in both Windows and Linux OS, including automated patching and monitoring tools.
• Hardware Knowledge: Hands-on experience with physical server maintenance and data center networking.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze usage data to optimize infrastructure costs and performance.
• Documentation: Experience creating technical documentation, such as network maps and operational runbooks. 

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity (e.g., AWS Direct Connect or VPN).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
