We are a consultancy firm providing accounting, tax, and compliance services to clients within the fund management sector. We are seeking a capable and motivated individual to join our team as a Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, draft, and implement a comprehensive Compliance Manual, including policies and procedures.
Review and update compliance frameworks in line with changes in legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures across the company.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and relevant agencies to address, clarify, and resolve compliance-related matters.
Provide guidance on licensing requirements and coordinate with regulators on licensing issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in audit (internal or external) or compliance within the financial industry.
Strong knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance standards.
Analytical mindset with strong logical thinking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
