As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving brand growth, digital presence, and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This dynamic role offers exposure to creative strategy, digital marketing, public relations, and event management.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute creative strategies across the company’s digital platforms, including web domain, social media, EDMs, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with industry media partners to secure organic editorial coverage and manage annual advertorials within the allocated budget
Oversee junior team members and ensure smooth execution of marketing processes, including public relations gifting, marketing collateral development, and press release copywriting
Plan, execute, and manage marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Identify and manage media opportunities, including KOLs and industry partnerships, to increase brand visibility and product exposure
Coordinate and manage ongoing campaigns with industry partners, ensuring alignment, avoiding conflicts of interest, and maximising promotional impact
Collate, analyse, and prepare monthly and annual marketing performance reports
Develop data-driven strategies to optimise digital performance and marketing effectiveness
Participate in photography projects, including lifestyle and spatial photography, to support marketing campaigns
Collaborate closely with the direct supervisor to develop innovative ideas and strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals
Maintain and track key marketing information, including annual budgets and sponsor inventory
Utilise Adobe Creative Cloud to develop engaging visuals and marketing collateral for both digital and offline platforms
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
Prior experience in a creative or marketing agency environment will be an added advantage
