What we’re looking for

In this diverse and high-responsibility role, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, organisational, and strategic support to the C-suite management team. This role combines classic EA responsibilities with project coordination, business communication, and strategic support functions depending on the location. You will act as a key connector across departments, enabling the leadership team to achieve strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Manage Executive management team’s calendars and appointments
• Arrange travel itineraries, including bookings, visas, and accommodations, with attention to time zones and regional requirements
• Expense Management via Concur application, enter, validate and execute on Executive expenses, furthermore approve next level travel and expenses.
• Coordinate leadership team meetings—including agenda preparation, logistics, equipment setup, and minute‑taking, and tracking post‑meeting actions.
• Prepare, proofread, and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations to exceptional standards.
• Follow up on actions directed by executive management in a timely manner.

Strategic & Project Support

• Support executive management team in selective projects as and when required.
• Facilitate strategy execution and key initiatives; coordinate timelines, risks, and inter‑dependencies across business functions
• Prepare decision‑making materials, business analyses, and data models for leadership and corporate committees.
• Develop content for internal and external communication, including leadership presentations.

Communication and Liaison

• Serve as a liaison between the executive management team and internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between the executive management team and internal stakeholders across departments on decisions, actions, and deadlines.
• Coordinate executive events, townhalls, and workshops for SNP JAPAC.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive management team, including managing their phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Qualifications

We’re seeking someone who:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in any field, with at least 3 years of experience as Executive Assistant in an international (IT) service company
• Good communication skills, multilingual in English and another Asian language (both spoken & written) to support communication and correspondences throughout JAPAC region.
• Good people and interpersonal skills, capability to deal with stakeholders from different levels.
• Organised, with the ability to work independently and good time management to perform diversified confidential duties and to meet deadlines.
• Quick learner, analytical thinking, high level of initiative, and a passion for driving projects forward independently
• Proactive support, anticipating needs, identifying problems and finding solutions before asked.
• Flexibility and openness to change and new challenges
• Strong solution-oriented mindset, organisational skills, and discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ideally, knowledge of Concur and Successfactors applications

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling and facilitating the development of the partner relationships to drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be solution selling and ensuring that our partners understand the value of our offerings and can effectively position them to their clients. You are expected to build strong partner relationships to develop the qualified pipeline, position marketing strategies, drive successful go-to-market strategies and support execution of selected qualified deals. 

Responsibilities

• Partner Enablement: Work closely with our channel partners to enable them on our product portfolio. Provide training, resources, and support to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell and deliver our solutions.
• Solution Positioning: Understand our products and services thoroughly. Articulate the value proposition, use cases and benefits of SNP solutions. Align SNP value proposition and offerings to our partners’ target market and capability.
• Pipeline Development: Identify sales leads within our partners’ target market. Work collaboratively with partners to build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Deal Execution: Support partners throughout the sales cycle. Assist in negotiations, pricing, and closing selected deals. Ensure smooth handoffs to our delivery organisation.
• Relationship Management: Establish governance framework and cultivate strong relationships between key stakeholders at both SNP and partner organizations. Be the contact person to coordinate to partner communications, marketing initiative and business development activities.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Leverage this knowledge to drive strategic conversations with partners.
• Performance Metrics: Track partner performance, deal pipeline (beyond CQ), and revenue targets. Regularly report progress to senior management.
• Represent SNP Group at industry events, conferences, and forums.

Qualifications 

We’re seeking someone who: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and/or partner management, specialising in enterprise solution selling and revenue generation through partnerships. Direct or indirect sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and KPIs, coupled with strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud solutions, and digital transformation, with a solid understanding of SAP technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and sustain strong partner relationships, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with marketing, product and delivery teams.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new concepts, paired with a high level of commitment and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.

The Account Manager, SEA will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and strategic development of the operational and sales businesses in the allocated markets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in driving growth, building customer and partner relationships, and aligning local execution with regional and global business strategies. 

Sales & Business Development Responsibilities 

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) sales and business development for SNP’s transformation software, targeting medium and large enterprise clients. 

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing including pipeline management, account planning, and sales strategy execution to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. 

• Independently sell the full suite of SNP products and solutions, leveraging direct and partner channels to maximise market reach. 

• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients and strategic partners. 

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers throughout the sales and account lifecycle. 

• Articulate and promote the unique value proposition of SNP’s transformation software to key decision-makers and stakeholders. 

• Plan and execute customer engagement activities, including sales presentations, solution proposals, and contract negotiations. 

• Collaborate in the development of sales strategies, marketing materials, and go-to-market initiatives that support the broader business development agenda. 

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan and maintain a robust long-term sales pipeline to support sustained revenue growth. 

• Promote SNP’s brand and reputation in the marketplace through professional, consultative selling and thought leadership. 

• Leverage all available sales channels—direct, indirect, and partner ecosystems—to drive business growth and market expansion. 

Qualifications 

We’re seeking someone who: 

• Minimum Bachelor of Business or Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent. 

• Candidate with 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales / Delivery of SAP products – S4HANA and SAP Eco-systems with various deployment/hosting options will be preferred. 

• Proven track record in managing and winning major opportunities, with the ability to work unsupervised; ability to interact as a value-added team member.  

• Demonstrate ability to sell high value solutions.  

• Proven history of operating and engaging with the ‘C’ level executives. 

• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with larger deal sizes.  

• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player. 

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with high levels of commitment, trustworthiness, and a drive to succeed. 

• Able to adapt and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced business environments 

• Confident, enthusiastic, and resilient under pressure 

• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
